Reagan Patrick Mitchell

Reagan Patrick Mitchell is an Associate Professor of Humanities at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Division of Liberal Arts. His work merges interdisciplinary approaches from curriculum theory, ethnic studies, and sound studies to explore the intersections of race, space, and education.

Research Interests include cultural and historical influences of race, gentrification, auditory architecture, and communal wisdom on education. His scholarship bridges curriculum theory, Black diaspora studies, critical geography, and sound studies.
