Patrick Langham is a Professor and Director of Jazz Studies at the Conservatory of Music, University of the Pacific. He joined in 2003 as Associate Professor and has since led the Pacific Jazz Ensemble, jazz combos, and the Pacific Jazz Ambassadors program. He teaches courses in improvisation, jazz history, and theory, and oversees programs like the Summer Jazz Colony and Pacific Music Camp.

Research & Teaching: Langham’s work focuses on jazz performance, pedagogy, and historical contexts.
