Raymond Hall

Raymond Hall is a Professor in the Department of Physics at California State University, Fresno (Fresno State). He holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Riverside. His research spans experimental particle physics and science education. Previously, he was a core member of the DØ Collaboration at Fermilab, contributing to the discovery of the top quark and precision measurements in high-energy physics. His current focus is on critical thinking pedagogy and assessing student learning outcomes in science education. He teaches courses like NSCI 4 (Science and Nonsense: Critical Thinking) and PHYS 115 (Quantum Mechanics).
