Rashida Ingram, PhD, MFT, is an Adjunct Professor at Antioch University and Long Island University, specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a Marriage and Family Therapist with a virtual private practice in Philadelphia, PA, she focuses on couples and families undergoing significant life changes. She co-founded the I AM Retreat Experience, a self-care brand promoting authentic living, and provides training to organizations using systemic and strength-based approaches.
- Educational Journey: B.A. in Psychology (Temple University, 2000), M.A. (Capella University, 2010), PhD in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Antioch University).
Her research explores relationship dynamics and satisfaction among African American couples. She has presented at the Juvenile Justice Conference (Philadelphia, 2009–2013) and the International Family Therapy Conference (Switzerland, 2020).
