Rashid Nikzad is a Lecturer at Carleton University's Department of Economics and serves as Manager, Data Science, Research and Development (DRSD) at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS). He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Ottawa, alongside M.Sc. degrees from IRPD (Iran) and Ottawa, and a B.Sc. from Sharif University.
