Rashid Ghraibi

Dr. Rashid Ghraibi serves as Assistant Professor and College Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Education, University of Tripoli (Qasr Bin Ghashir branch) since 2013. His academic journey progressed from Assistant Lecturer (2010) to Lecturer (2017) and Assistant Professor (2021), alongside significant administrative roles including Head of Classroom Teacher Department (2012, 2020-2023) and Coordinator of Educational Subjects (2010-2011).

His research centers on transformative teacher education and curriculum innovation, with emphasis on professional development frameworks, practical education challenges, and psychological factors in educational settings. Recent investigations explore physical education pedagogy, sports psychology applications, and quality assurance mechanisms in higher education institutions.
