Rasheed Hinds serves as a Lecturer in the Department of English within the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences at Baruch College, City University of New York. His teaching portfolio encompasses foundational writing courses (ENG 2100, ENG 2150), surveys of English literature (ENG 3010, ENG 3015), and honors seminars on Great Works of Literature and New York City's cultural landscape.

Research interests center on Romanticism and Afrodiasporic Literature. Currently, he is developing a study titled "Samuel T. Coleridge's Sublime and Miltonic Space and Time", which explores the interplay of spatial and temporal dimensions in Coleridge's work through a Miltonic lens, reflecting his dual focus on canonical Romantic poetry and diasporic literary traditions.
