Raquel Campos Franco

Raquel Campos Franco is an Assistant Professor of Strategy at Católica Porto Business School, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She holds a PhD from the University of Bath's School of Management, UK. Her research focuses on philanthropy, nonprofit organizations, social impact, and cultural diversity. She has led projects for the European Commission, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, and other international bodies, contributing to global studies on the nonprofit sector. Franco has received the FT Award for her work in financial sustainability education.

Research Interests: Strategic management of nonprofits, social impact measurement, philanthropy policy, and capacity-building of NGOs. Her work aligns with UN SDGs targeting poverty reduction and sustainable development.
