Raqib Chowdhury is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Curriculum Teaching & Inclusive Education, Monash University. His work spans TESOL, languages education, postcolonial studies, and equity in education, with a focus on international students, teacher training, and social justice across Asia-Pacific contexts.

Notable awards include the 2023 Dean’s Excellence Award for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Vietnam National University Medal, and multiple Monash Vice-Chancellor's Social Inclusion Awards. He has supervised 20 PhD students to completion and currently supervises five.
