Raphaela Cueni

Raphaela Cueni serves as Assistant Professor of Administrative Law at the Law School of the University of St. Gallen, actively teaching Constitutional Law, Public International Law, and Public Media Law courses for spring semester 2025.

Her academic credentials include:

• Bachelor of Law (BLaw) from University of Basel (2012)
• Master of Law (MLaw) from University of Geneva (2013)
• LL.M. from Columbia Law School, New York (2016)

Her research centers on Swiss and comparative constitutional law with specialized focus on fundamental/human rights, state and administrative organization law, and media law. Current work examines constitutional transparency principles in state actions and organization through her habilitation project "Transparenz im Verfassungsrecht der Schweiz".

Major recognitions include:
