Randall A. Smith

Randall A. Smith is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a veteran trial lawyer. He is the founder and managing partner of Smith and Fawer, LLC, a boutique litigation firm specializing in business/commercial litigation, takings/eminent domain litigation, and white-collar criminal defense.

• Law clerk to Judge Charles Schwartz, Jr., U.S. District Court (Eastern District of Louisiana)

His teaching focuses on business litigation and white-collar crime, with three decades of experience as an Adjunct Professor. As a community leader in New Orleans, he championed the revitalization of Canal Street and the Saenger Theater post-Katrina.
