Rameshwor Poudel

Rameshwor Poudel is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics in the Department of Physics and Technology at Berry College. He teaches courses from introductory physics to advanced topics like electrodynamics and electronics, emphasizing active learning, hands-on experimentation, and collaborative problem-solving to bridge theory with real-world applications.

Research Focus: His work centers on designing nanoscale semiconductor devices and studying quantum phenomena in two-dimensional electron systems (2DES). He employs advanced techniques such as scanning probe microscopy (SPM), cryogenic microwave setups, and ultra-high vacuum (UHV) instrumentation to investigate electronic and structural properties of materials like graphene and van der Waals heterostructures.
