Ralf Maiterth

Prof. Dr. Ralf Maiterth is a faculty member at the Faculty of Economics, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He serves as the SAP Endowed Professorship for Organizational Economics – Future of Work and is actively involved in research, teaching, and collaborative projects.

• Research Interests: Taxation (inheritance, wealth, corporate), tax policy, empirical tax analysis, and economic effects of tax reforms.
• Collaborations: Engaged with Collaborative Research Center Accounting for Transparency, arqus, and Accounting & Finance Fellows.

His recent work examines taxation misperceptions, liquidity effects of wealth taxes, and corporate/inheritance tax burdens. He has presented at numerous conferences, including the European Accounting Association Conference and TRR 266 Annual Conference. His email is ralf.maiterth@hu-berlin.de.
