Raja Sohmshetty is a Professor of Practice at Wayne State University and serves as Assistant Director for Industry X in the Manufacturing Engineering Building. He holds a joint appointment as Mentor-in-Residence in the Division of Research & Innovation, leveraging his extensive automotive industry experience to support faculty and student researchers in intellectual property development, industry collaborations, and technology commercialization.
