Rahul Pathak is an Assistant Professor of Public Budgeting and Financial Management at the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs, City University of New York (CUNY), and serves as the Director of the Howard J. Samuels State and City Policy Center. His professional roles include serving as President of ASPA New York Metro and Chair of the Northeastern Conference of Public Administration.
