Rahul Mukherjee is a Research Fellow at King's College London, undertaking a PhD in the pre-clinical development of MR-guided electrophysiology systems for ventricular tachycardia. He holds a National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Academic Clinical Fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and is funded by the National Institute for Health Research Biomedical Research Centre and the Wellcome Trust. His academic roles include Associate Editor of Clinical Medicine and membership on committees such as the Royal College of Physicians' Research and Academic Medicine Committee.
Education: MBBS (Medicine), BSc Physiology (First Class Honours) from UCL. Clinical training included rotations in Cardiology and General Medicine at King's College Hospital, London, with international electives at Singapore General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston. His research focuses on MRI-guided electrophysiology, ventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, and stroke prevention.
