Raghu Krishnamoorthy

Raghu Krishnamoorthy is a Senior Fellow and Director of the Penn Chief Learning Officer doctoral program at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education (Penn GSE). With 38 years in human resources and learning at General Electric (GE), he held roles including Chief Learning Officer and head of talent, leading GE's globally recognized learning and development initiatives. After retiring from GE, he earned a master's and doctorate from UPenn.
