Brad Beshara serves as the Director of Strategic Analysis at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education (Penn GSE) and an Instructor in courses such as Marketing for Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurial Finance. He advises senior leadership on competitive strategy, design, operations, evaluation, and admissions. Previously, he was the Managing Director of the Office of Academic Innovation at Penn GSE, collaborating with higher education and industry stakeholders to advance education innovation and pre-K to adult learning initiatives.
Brad holds a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University and an M.S.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania.
His work focuses on developing venture assessment systems for startups, predictive analytics for strategic priorities, and business models for social impact initiatives. He supports entrepreneurs and leaders globally in ideating and scaling impact-driven innovations. Ventures identified through his systems have raised over $250 million, including an EdTech unicorn valued at $1 billion.
Brad’s expertise bridges business and education, emphasizing sustainable strategies, financial modeling for social initiatives, and translating innovative work into actionable outcomes.
