James Arrington is a postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education (Penn GSE), where he focuses on literacies, digital learning, and critical education practices. He supports graduate and doctoral students through the Penn Chief Learning Officer (PennCLO) program, emphasizing scholar-practitioner learning and real-world applications.
