Raffaella Saporito is an Associate Professor of Practice in Government, Health, and Not-for-Profit at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where she directs the People Management and Public Leadership program. She has led executive education programs including the Executive Master of Public Administration Management and serves as Principal Investigator for a Cariplo Foundation grant on housing inequality.
Her research focuses on public sector leadership development, executive selection methodologies, and sustainable public service models. She has advised the Italian Ministry for Public Administration on NGEU employment reforms and serves on executive selection boards for governmental entities. Dr. Saporito investigates public housing as a tool for reducing social inequalities through strategic management approaches, collaborating with regional institutions and housing associations.
