Radomir V. Lukić is an Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of East Sarajevo, specializing in the scientific field of theory of state and law. He has held his academic position since 1999, except for a suspension between 2006–2013 due to removal from public offices by the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina. He became Associate Professor in 2000 and was re-elected for his current field in 2013. He has served as Dean since 2014, previously holding the role from 1999–2006.
He teaches graduate courses in Theory of State, Theory of Law, Legal Drafting and Writing, and postgraduate courses in Methodology of Law and Constitutional Judiciary. As head of the Department for Legal Theory and Public Law, he has extensive experience in legal academia and diplomacy, including roles as legal adviser to the Republic of Srpska’s peace delegation (Geneva, New York, Dayton) and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Srpska (1993–1998). He is a member of the Association of Legal Professionals of Republic of Srpska.
His research focuses on state authority systems, constitutional judiciary, and legal theory, with over 50 academic articles published. Fluent in Russian, English, and German, he contributes to both academic and political spheres.
