Kenad Osmanović

Kenad Osmanović is an Assistant Professor at the International University of Sarajevo, specializing in international commercial law and the harmonization of contractual frameworks under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). He holds a Doctorate in Law from the University of Sarajevo (2021) and has held legal roles at the Municipal Court Sarajevo, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Government's Office, and the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a Legal Associate.

Research interests focus on CISG applications, legal gap-filling in commercial contracts, and historical trade law development. His publications address CISG exemptions (2023), termination rights (2019), material breach (2017), and Nachfrist mechanisms (2017). He has also explored the historical evolution of trade law from antiquity to the medieval period (2023).
