Đorđe Perišić

Đorđe Perišić is a Senior Lecturer in Business Law and Company Law at the Faculty of Law, University of East Sarajevo. He holds an M.Sc. from the same institution and is pursuing a doctoral degree in Business Law at the University of Belgrade. His academic career began in 2013, and he was promoted to Senior Assistant in 2017. He specializes in Business Law, Company Law, and Obligation Law, with a focus on corporate governance, legal frameworks, and regional legal systems.

• Education: B.A. (2011), M.Sc. (2016, University of East Sarajevo), Ph.D. candidate (University of Belgrade).
• Professional Roles: Arbitrator at the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina (2020–present), Secretary of the Department of Civil Law.
• Research Interests: Corporate law, legal regulation of business entities, creditor rights, and judicial restructuring processes. His work bridges regional legal systems with EU frameworks.

His publications include analyses of corporate mergers, limited liability companies, and legal compliance in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has contributed to international projects, such as a research stay at the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg (2021). Awards include multiple scholarships from the Government of Republic of Srpska for academic excellence.
