Rachel Schwab

Rachel Schwab is an Assistant Research Professor at the Center on Health Insurance Reforms (CHIR), part of the Health Policy Institute at Georgetown University. Her work focuses on the impact of state and federal policies on private health insurance, coverage quality, and access to care, with particular attention to state-based health insurance exchanges.
