Rachel Leow is an Associate Professor of Law at the LSE Law School since September 2022. Previously, she held positions at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the University of Cambridge. She specializes in private law with expertise in agency law, unjust enrichment, and corporate attribution. Her research examines how and why legal persons act through agents, with notable contributions cited by UK Supreme Court, Australian High Court, and Singapore Court of Appeal.
Education includes LLB from NUS, followed by LLM and PhD at Cambridge Downing College. Awards include Cambridge's Gareth Jones Prize and Chancellor’s Medal for English Law, plus NUS teaching excellence awards. Current roles include Chair of LLM Exam Sub-Board at LSE.
