Rachel Lee is a Lecturer in Marketing at Keele Business School, Keele University. She serves as the Programme Director for Undergraduate Marketing Programmes. Her academic journey includes an MA Marketing (2017) from Keele University, a BA (Hons) in Business Studies (Open University), and a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (Glyndwr University, 2019). With prior experience in retail and self-employment, she transitioned to academia as a Teaching Fellow in 2019 before becoming a Lecturer in 2020.
Her research focuses on consumer behaviour, nostalgia marketing, and pedagogical development. She has presented at conferences such as the Keele Social Science Symposium (2018) and the Keele Becoming Well Read Symposium (2019/2022). Notable recognitions include the 2017 Keele University Marketing Student of the Year and the 2018 Best Poster Award.
Rachel teaches modules like Consumer Behaviour 1, Strategic Marketing, and Branding across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has engaged with media outlets including BBC Radio Stoke and The Conversation to discuss marketing trends.
