Griff Round

Dr Griff Round is a Lecturer in Marketing at Keele Business School, Keele University, since January 2019. Previously, he served as a Senior Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University and holds a PhD in branding from Manchester Business School. With extensive senior management experience in retailing and financial services, he uniquely combines academic expertise with professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Fellow of Advance HE.

His research focuses on consumer-brand dynamics, particularly the impact of brand name changes and the role of brands in ethnic cultural heritage. Teaching includes courses on Marketing Research and Marketing Insights. He welcomes MPhil/PhD applications in Branding or Marketing.

Professional memberships include the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Advance HE Fellowship. His industry experience spans strategic and financial roles in marketing, blending academic and practical insights.
