Rachel J Goedken

Rachel J Goedken, JD, is an Associate Professor and Director of the Werner Institute at Creighton University's School of Law. She specializes in nonlitigation dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.

Goedken became Director of the Werner Institute in 2020 after serving 2.5 years as Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. Her work bridges academic scholarship with practical applications in labor arbitration and mediation.
