Rachel Ibbotson

Rachel Ibbotson BA(Hons), PCGSSRM serves as a Research Fellow within Health and Social Care Research (HSCR) at Sheffield Hallam University's College of Health, Wellbeing and Life Sciences. She coordinates the Centre's Fieldwork, Analysis and Statistics Team with over 18 years of experience securing research funding and managing health-related projects for diverse clients.

Her research focuses on health-related quality of life measurement, community participation in healthcare, and fieldwork management methodologies. Expertise spans quantitative and qualitative research methods with specialization in health-based fieldwork administration, recruitment/training, and community involvement impact assessment. Current work examines pre-admission clinical experiences in radiography education and Roald Dahl Specialist Nurses' impact on pediatric care.
