Rachel Graham is a Lecturer in Biology and Lab Coordinator at Roberts Wesleyan College. She teaches introductory biology, microbiology, anatomy and physiology, and environmental science labs, while also advising the Math and Science Club and coordinating the Adopt-A-School program with Nathaniel Rochester Community School. Rachel is a faculty representative for the Au Sable Institute for Environmental Studies, facilitating student field courses.

Rachel’s research focuses on environmental stewardship and pollinator conservation, including hands-on projects like the Empire State Native Pollinator Survey. Her work aligns with NOAA’s goals to address environmental challenges through habitat enhancement initiatives.

In her personal life, Rachel is married to her college biology lab partner, Doug, and lives in Irondequoit with their four children. She enjoys kayaking, hiking, birdwatching, and beekeeping, integrating her passion for nature into her teaching and projects.
