Rachel Ebling, PhD, is an Associate Research Scientist in the Child Study Center at Yale School of Medicine and Director of Research, Evaluation, and Learning for Elevate Policy Lab. She specializes in maternal mental health, parenting, and family relationships. Dr. Ebling earned her doctorate in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Her work focuses on intervention development and scaling evidence-based models, particularly through collaborations like the MOMS Partnership since 2013 and her current role with Elevate, which aims to elevate mental health and disrupt poverty through policy innovation.

Research Interests: Dr. Ebling’s work bridges clinical practice and policy, emphasizing maternal mental health interventions, family dynamics, and behavioral economics to address systemic barriers.
