Dr Rachel Clement Tolley is a College Lecturer and John Collier Fellow at Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge, and Deputy Director of the Cambridge Centre for Criminal Justice (CCCJ). She holds a BA (Jurisprudence), BCL, and DPhil from the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on sexual offences, particularly deception and mistake’s impact on consent-validity, criminal law doctrine/theory, fair labelling, and disability-law intersections. She teaches Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure and Evidence at Trinity Hall.
