Rachel Bauer is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at Rhodes College. Her academic focus lies in Early Modern Spanish Literature, with emphasis on narrative theory, Menippean satire, and the comic vision in Cervantes' works. She also explores themes like hybridity and cultural identity in literature.
