Rachael Singleton is a Lecturer in Hospitality Performance Metrics at Ulster University Business School and a behavioural scientist. She applies behavioural science to public policy challenges, focusing on sustainability, economic development, and societal well-being. Her work spans topics such as beach littering, net zero, and business innovation, emphasizing co-design and user-centered approaches.
- Education: Master in English (Open University, 2016), Bachelor in Psychology (Queen's University Belfast, 1999).
