Professor Rachael Hains-Wesson is an Associate Dean, Learning & Teaching at RMIT University's School of Global, Urban and Social Studies. She holds dual PhDs in Creative Writing (UWA) and Higher Education (Deakin), with extensive experience in Work-Integrated Learning (WIL), employability, and educational leadership. Her career spans roles in the Royal Australian Navy, not-for-profit sectors, and global education institutions including the University of Sydney and Swinburne.
