RAMIRO ANTONIO FOUZ DOPACIO

RAMIRO ANTONIO FOUZ DOPACIO is a Permanent Labor Professor at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Santiago de Compostela, affiliated with the Department of Anatomy, Animal Production and Veterinary Clinical Sciences. He conducts research through the Strategic Grouping in Sustainable Management and Production of Bioresources (BioReDes) and leads the CTleite research group focused on Production, Quality and Technology of Milk and Other Foods.

His doctoral thesis (2011) analyzed quality parameters of cattle milk based on official dairy control data, directed by Dr. Francisco Javier Diéguez Casalta, Dr. Gonzalo Fernández Rodríguez, and Dr. Eduardo Yus Respaldiza.
