Quynh Dao is a Ph.D. candidate in Management at the Institute of Management, University of Neuchâtel, and a collaborative researcher on the Movetia-funded project "Sustainability Mindset Education" and the Sweet Cosi project (Co-Evolution and Coordinated Simulation of the Swiss Energy System and Swiss Society). She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Law from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and a master’s degree in International Business and Political Economy from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, with cross-registration at Harvard University.
- Research Focus: Institutional Barriers to Innovation, Multiple Goals and Strategic Decision-Making, and Sustainability-Related Innovation.
- Teaching Experience: Teaching Assistant at Tufts University (2017–2018), University of St. Gallen (2020–2023), and University of Neuchâtel (2023–present).
- Professional Experience: Over a decade in public relations, advertising, education services, and non-profit sectors in Vietnam and the USA.
Publications: Notable work includes "The Impact of Peer Financial Performance Gaps on Sustainability Goals for Innovation" (2002), focusing on empirical evidence from Swiss firms. Her research trends align with sustainability-driven strategic decision-making and innovation under institutional constraints.
Projects & Extracurriculars: Currently involved in the Sweet Cosi and Movetia projects. Leading the U-Change funded initiative "Launching of Oikos Chapter in Neuchâtel" (2024–2024) and guest speaking at Swiss Business School on strategic decision-making in sustainability contexts.
