Quo Judkins is an Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Criminal Defense and Racial Justice (CDRJ) Clinic at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law. She joined the faculty in 2024, bringing expertise in clinical social work and over two decades of criminal defense and social justice advocacy in D.C. Her roles include supervising students representing indigent clients in D.C. Superior Court and directing the CDRJ Clinic. Prior to UDC, she co-led Howard University’s Criminal Justice Clinic (2022–2024) and worked as an adjunct at Rising for Justice.

Her research and teaching focus on criminal law, social justice, and the intersection of mental health with the legal system. She previously practiced at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia (PDS), handling over 400 cases, and founded the Judkins Firm, dedicated to criminal defense advocacy. Her career spans clinical social work, forensic science litigation support, and training future litigators.
