Quang Neo Bui is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management Information Systems, Marketing, and Analytics within the Saunders College of Business at The Rochester Institute of Technology. Prof. Bui teaches enterprise integration courses for both undergraduate and graduate students, emphasizing SAP transactions, business process management, and competitive strategy. He modifies ERPsim scenarios to foster student competition through graded rankings and encourages analytical skills using tools like Python, Tableau, and SAP Lumira. His preferred simulation is the Manufacturing Extended game for its complexity and control features.
Adapting to virtual teaching during the pandemic, he used synchronous sessions for undergraduates and hybrid approaches for graduate logistics courses. He emphasizes ERPsim's value in teaching communication and strategic integration in dynamic business environments.
