Quang 'Neo' Bui is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at the Saunders College of Business, Rochester Institute of Technology. He holds a PhD from Bentley University and has a BS/MS from Brigham Young University. His research focuses on digital transformation, health IT adoption, and human-centered AI, with publications in top journals like JMIS, JSIS, and Information & Management. He teaches courses in business analytics, enterprise systems (including SAP), and strategic information systems.
