Dr. Qian Xiong is a Lecturer in Ageing Research at Lancaster University's Faculty of Health and Medicine (FHM), part of the Health Research Department. They specialize in quantitative methods, focusing on ageing, gerontology, and demography. Their work addresses dementia caregiving, end-of-life care practices, and the socioeconomic determinants of health in older adults. They teach on blended learning PhD programs and are a core member of the Centre for Ageing Research.
