Dr. Qian Ding is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social and Administrative Pharmacy at Ferris State University's College of Pharmacy. She holds a BPharm from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, MS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Auburn University, and PhD in Social and Administrative Pharmacy. Her research focuses on medication use systems, healthcare resource utilization, and patient safety in autoimmune disorders. She teaches PHAR 630, PHAR 516, and PHAR 677 courses. Recent work examines opioid utilization patterns in ICUs, cultural competence in pharmacy education, and economic burdens of rheumatoid arthritis treatments. Dr. Ding is an active member of AACP and ISPOR.
