Purcell Taylor Jr. is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Cincinnati, specializing in forensic psychology and substance abuse. His research examines psychiatric features of sex offenders, risk assessment methodologies, and substance abuse treatment approaches.
He founded the DECLARE Therapy Center, a nonprofit providing treatment for forensic cases, substance abuse, and sexual trauma.
