Dr Przemysław Katner is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Civil and Commercial Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Szczecin. His research focuses on civil law, commercial law, obligations, and intellectual property. He authored numerous publications including the monograph Przeniesienie wierzytelności w umowie faktoringu and contributed to legal commentaries. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Łódź (2003), recognized nationally in the 'Państwa i Prawa' competition. He served as a Fulbright Scholar in Washington (2004–2005) and participated in international legal programs in Antwerp and Kraków.
- Teaching: Civil Law, Commercial Law across undergraduate/graduate levels including Erasmus programs
- Professional Experience: Legal Counsel, arbitration at Krajowa Izba Gospodarcza since 2012
- International Engagement: Guest lectures at Jagiellonian University and Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice
Awards include the Fulbright Junior Program Scholarship and national recognition for his doctoral thesis on factoring contracts.
