Michal Radvan

Prof. Michal Radvan is a Professor of Financial Law and Vice-Dean for Foreign and External Affairs at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno. He holds leadership roles in academic administration and international collaboration, including memberships in European tax law associations and editorial boards of legal journals. His research focuses on tax law, local government finance, and environmental taxation, with a particular emphasis on comparative analysis across Central and Eastern Europe. He has authored numerous publications on property taxation, fiscal policies, and local self-government, contributing to both national and international academic discourse.
