Dr. Prudence Millear is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology and Honours Coordinator at the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC), School of Health. She holds a PhD from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), with prior qualifications including a BScAg (Hons) from the University of New England and psychology degrees from QUT. Her work focuses on occupational health psychology, work-life balance, developmental psychology, and menopause in the workplace.

Awards: 2016 USC Advance AQT Award for Advancing Quality Teaching (team award).
Grants: Multiple grants from UniSC, including projects on developmental psychology simulation, night staff in dementia care, and seachange motivations.
Professional Memberships: Australian Psychological Society, European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology, Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
