Price Blair serves as Associate Professor of Physical Therapy in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences at University of Lynchburg, where he has been a core faculty member since 2010. He additionally holds the leadership position of Assistant Director for the university-wide Westover Honors Program.
His academic foundation includes:
- PhD in Pharmacology, Boston University (2008)
- Dual BA in Chemistry and Classics, Washington & Lee University (2002)
Dr. Blair's research program investigates platelet biology through the lens of hemostasis, thrombosis, and inflammation, with particular focus on molecular regulation of platelet granules and implications for bleeding disorders. This work bridges fundamental pharmacology with clinical rehabilitation science, providing physiological context for physical therapy practice. His teaching portfolio spans foundational biomedical sciences including Human Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, Pathology, and Molecular Cell Biology.
