Preethi Rajaprakasam

Preethi Rajaprakasam is a Lecturer in Management and Leadership at Bournemouth University’s Business School. Her work bridges design education, sustainability research, and social innovation. She holds qualifications including an MPhil in Sustainable Luxury (Loughborough University, 2018) and an MA in Design Management (University of Southampton, 2015). Her research focuses on Sustainable Luxury Fashion, Corporate Sustainability, Youth Employability, and Sustainable Entrepreneurship, aligning with UN SDGs like Industry Innovation, Reduced Inequalities, and Responsible Consumption.

Key research projects include the EU-funded SPEED-You-UP initiative addressing youth unemployment through entrepreneurship and the Dorset-based study on Alternative Food Networks.
