Dr. Preethi Misha is a Senior Research Fellow at Nottingham Business School (Nottingham Trent University), specializing in leadership ethics and employee voice. She is affiliated with the Centre for People, Work and Organizational Practice, collaborating with Professors Helen Shipton and Marius van Dijke. Her research explores unethical leadership's trickle-down effects, workplace meaning, and gig economy precarity.
