Praveen Sethupathy

Praveen Sethupathy is a Professor of Physiological Genomics at Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine. He directs the Sethupathy Lab and the Center for Vertebrate Genomics, focusing on molecular and genome-scale approaches to liver/gut biology and diseases like fibrolamellar carcinoma, diabetes, and Crohn's disease. His team integrates gene regulation, non-coding RNAs, and single-cell genomics with transgenic models.
